True love is vanished

True love is not available now
Somewhere it is calculation
and for some it is just fun
But I will run till the end
till the end of life to get real love
People think I am fool
and I don’t know new world’s rule
Whatever you think but I am very strong
My intensity of love makes me weak
But my mind gets detached when heart gets hurt
Some says I am wrong some says I am mad
But only true lover can understand my feelings
Love is God and God is love
May be it sounds silly, but I believe in it
Don’t try to break my already broken heart
even pieces of my heart only searches true love
All those who broke hearts will come to know the value of love
only when their fun and benefit will be over
and what will be leftover is called as pain
Soothing of such pain can be done with real love
but that will not be available when they will need it most

आधुनिक सोच

कहाँ गई मानवता क्या हो गया तुझे इंसान ।
झूटी बात करे जो कायर तू समझे उसे बुद्धिमान,
सत्य की राह पे चलने वाले वीरो को तू समझे मुर्ख इंसान ।
करुणा करने वाले को ना देता कोई सम्मान,
बल्कि सोचे लूट लो इसको अवसर है ये महान ।
वाह रे वाह क्या सोच है तेरी भरा हुआ अज्ञान । 
प्यार व्यार की बात है करता, तेरे प्यर का अर्थ महान,
माता पिता का त्याग करादे, ये तेरे कैसा प्यार महान ।
क्रोध तुझे बस तब है आता जब सामने हो निर्बल इंसान,  
तु सब अपमान सेह जाये और क्रोध तेरा गायब हो जाये जब सामने हो बलवान । 
बस लाभ हानि कि चिंता तुझको ना पाप पुन्य का ध्यान, 
आधुनिक सोच के शब्दकोश में इमान शब्द से अंजान ।
फैशन करने वाले को है सभ्य समझा जाता, 
भक्ती करने वाले को आश्चर्य से देखा जाता ।
ऐसी सोच को त्याग दे प्यारे जिस्से रुठे भगवान, 
दया, इमान ही परम धर्म है करे मानव का कल्यान ।

Patience will lead me to success I need

Success is the thing which everybody wants
But some can get and some of them can’t
Is it important to think about success?
Or is it important to think about happiness?

Doing the work merely for success gives pain
Success can’t be control it’s not tap but rain
Why should I compare my life with others?
They may be successful with lots of bothers

I am not successful if I am in pain
If I am happy, the success I have gain
People lose interest if success not achieved
But those who were patient success they received

I will do my work with my full interest
Neither will I think of success nor about rest
Thinking of result and measuring outcome
Is like mind inviting worries to come

But how can I avoid thinking about success?
The only thing to do is to think overcoming weakness
I will work with interest and focus
Recognizing each weakness should only be focus

Patience is what really required
It needs to be practiced not to be acquired
Patience will lead me to success I need
It will give me happiness and not raise my greed

Dealing with team

Dealing with team is not simple art
Different kinds of people different kinds of thought
Dominating and compromising is not good art
Aggressiveness never works it’s very bad thought

Peaceful and friendly people can adjust everywhere
No team can exist in absence of tolerance
Competition within team should not be there
No place in group exists for the person in arrogance

While making decision all members should be involved
All should be respected no one should act smart
Dominating owns thought in team should not be involved
Which most of them accept include only that part

Rudeness or dishonesty cannot make a team
Person of these qualities are born to stay alone
Love and friendship is the foundation’s beam
Caring and sharing are essential in team’s zone

Those who can win most of the heart
in dealing with the team
They are respected, they are required, they are really smart
