ओ राम लला मेरे ओ नन्द लाल मेरे नारायण
जीवन का बुद्धि का मेरे भगवान तू स्वामी
रहे सब भक्त के मन में याद करे जो तन मन से

करुणा है जिसके मन में रहे तू उसके तन में
भजन करे जो मन से याद करे मोहन को
ओ राम लला मेरे ओ नन्द लाल मेरे नारायण
जीवन का बुद्धि का मेरे भगवान तू स्वामी

बोलो सब हरी शरणम् बोलो सब राम शरणम्
बोलो सब कृष्ण शरणम्

जीवन का बुद्धि का मेरे भगवान तू स्वामी

दुखियों का दुःख, हर दे तू पल भर में नारायण
ओ विष्णु नारायण ओ सुख के कारण ओ जग के पालन कर्ता
दया करदे तू हम पे सत्यता भर दे हम में
बुराई हर ले हम से दया तू देदे मन में 
ओ राम लला मेरे ओ नन्द लाल मेरे नारायण
जीवन का बुद्धि का मेरे भगवान तू स्वामी

नाम अनेक तेरे अनेक अवतार नारायण
कृष्ण कहो चाहे राम कहो भगवान
बोलो सब हरी शरणम् बोलो सब हरी शरणम्
बोलो सब हरी शरणम् बोलो सब हरी शरणम्

Dealing with team

Dealing with team is not simple art
Different kinds of people different kinds of thought
Dominating and compromising is not good art
Aggressiveness never works it’s very bad thought

Peaceful and friendly people can adjust everywhere
No team can exist in absence of tolerance
Competition within team should not be there
No place in group exists for the person in arrogance

While making decision all members should be involved
All should be respected no one should act smart
Dominating owns thought in team should not be involved
Which most of them accept include only that part

Rudeness or dishonesty cannot make a team
Person of these qualities are born to stay alone
Love and friendship is the foundation’s beam
Caring and sharing are essential in team’s zone

Those who can win most of the heart
in dealing with the team
They are respected, they are required, they are really smart

The nest of crow

The flower’s tree in front of my home
gives me happiness from the view of window
The nest of the crow at peak of the tree
with three baby crows jumping on nest

The love of mother is on top of the world
whether it’s human, animal or bird
What they will eat, how they will drink
they are so small, don’t know to fly
the mother crow feed each of the children
one by one, the water and food

The small baby crows open their mouths
red in color, all at same time
By seeing their mother flying in the sky
coming towards nest keeping food in her mouth
No bias towards any of the child
she feeds equally to each of the child

Sitting on the branch teaching how to fly
complete care of babies shows true love of mother
Who in this world loves truly and care?
nobody else, the mother’s love is great
Feeding by mother crow in babies red mouth
gives me happiness from deep of my heart
I love you mother you are blessing in my life

Grow your respect don’t grow the hate

Grow your respect don’t grow the hate
Hate grows sorrow, hate is never great
It takes away peace and returns regret
Lighten your mind forgive to all, don’t wait

Hate is not part of life
It is pain in span of life
Those who grows hate in life
Only sorrow remains in their life

Hate gives pain to others and self
Hatred grows enemy that’s problem for self
People in hate never get help
Embarrassment and problem they develop for self

Why to keep our mind so hot?
We all know life is limited and short
Fill with blessings your life’s pot
Don’t let sin gets filled in life’s pot

Don’t insult others or try to provoke
All is of God anything anytime he can revoke
Take love seriously and hate as a joke
Prevent your mind from pain’s poke

Kinds of good people

Good people are those who do always right
But I am shocked to know there are types in it
Some people inspires others also to do right
Some do right themselves and wants all goodness in it

Real good people inspires others also to become good
Some wants to be good themselves inspiring others to do wrong
These people are envious God never consider them good
How person doing right himself can inspires others to do wrong

They want praise for their goodness
But don’t want others to get the same
Real good people always share goodness
They wants all to be happy not doing for fame

If you get happiness by listening someone doing right
You are really good person that my God like
If you get pain or jealously for others doing right
You are not good person, these people my God don’t like

What is the use of your good qualities?
Which don’t spread goodness but is for your pride?
Good people do things to save all from calamities
Share all goodness with others it’s not the thing to hide

Be generous in sharing goodness don’t be miser
Inspire others to become good even more then you are
Goodness is not for showing others it is sorrow’s wiper
Let’s make our and others life peaceful that’s what life is for
